Recently has been made decision about renewal of the validity of license for the realization of activity in investment control of pension assets, issued to JSC“OIIMPA “Zhetysu” by the resolution of the administration of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (AFN) № 42 dated March 13, 2009.

Astana Finance JSC plans to buy 50,65 % stake in  UlarUmit Pension Fund  and 100 % stake in the company managing the Fund’s assets -  Zhetysu Pension Asset Management Company.

Due to the state on the 7th of March, 2009 the coefficient of the sufficiency of its own capital (K1) comprises: 
in JSC “APF“UlarUmit”  - 0,0415 with desired value of 0,0260
in JSC “  “Zhetysu”  -        0,0200 with desired value of 0,0140.

On the 6th of March, 2009 took place meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC “APF “UlarUmit”, by which was accepted the solution about the placing of the additional issue of the shares for the sum of 1 142 350 000 (one billion one hundred and forty two million three hundred and fifty thousand) tenge, and also were affirmed the documents necessary for obtaining of the license by the Fund on the right of independent pension assets management.

On the 6th of March, 2009 took place meeting of the Board of Directors of “Zhetysu”, by which was accepted the solution about the placing of the additional issue of the shares for the sum of 7 570 080 000 (seven billion five hundred and seventy million eighty thousand) tenge.

In accordance with the decision of the administration of the agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (hereinafter referred to as Agency) dated February 27, 2009 of № 30, has been suspended for the period up to 1 (one) month validity of a license for pension assets management of JSC“OIIMPA“Zhetysu”

As was declared earlier, 5 billion 868 million tenge have been transferred to the investment account of JSC «APF «UlarUmit» in the JSC «Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan», which was the custody of the Fund.

“UlarUmit” pension fund compensates a difference between nominal investment income indicator and required amount of nominal indicator determined within the funded pension system till February 1st, 2009.

Representatives of APF “UlarUmit"  have acquainted the public with the financial parameters as of January, 1st and for May, 1st, 2008, and also with prospects of fund, its updated strategy of development in view of influence on the Kazakhstan economy of a global economic crisis.

Decision of annual general meeting of shareholders of JSC “UlarUmit ” consists of the increasing of the  reserve capital of fund on 900 million tenge.

Pension assets of APF “UlarUmit”, one of basic funds of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to FSA for May, 1st, 2008, have made 224 billion tenge, having increased with the beginnings of the year almost on 11 billion tenge.

Kazakhstan is aimed to  define the state guarantee sum on pension payments for contributors and to arrange the attraction of clients to accumulative pension funds (APF) to management of their contributions, - informs the Interfax-Kazakhstan agency. For this purpose it is supposed to bring a number of amendments in the pension legislation.

Magazine «Exclusive» in first number of this year (№ 1 (№ 70) has presented results of a traditional annual rating of the companies with the best reputation, working in Kazakhstan. Fund "UlarUmit " - unique from pension funds - has got in this rating.

On January 1st   pension assets of “UlarUmit” fund reached  213 billion tenge.

From January 1st  the Governmental order of Republic Kazakhstan from 29.12.2007 № 1397 “About modification and additions in the governmental order of Republic Kazakhstan” from July, 4th, 2003 № 661  is put into the operation.

Due to the Government Decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 20.03.2007, there were some changes in payment accounts, provided to the Treasury Department by state organizations which are reflected in “ECOVID” software.

The Investment Declaration is developed in accordance with legal requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Investment policy of JSC “APF “UlarUmit” 9hereinafter, the Fund) and defines list of objects for pension assets investment, given by the Fund for the asset management to the Joint Stock Company “Organization implementing pension asset management activity “Zhetysu” based on the Agreement of pension asset management.

По состоянию на 1 сентября 2006 года чистые пенсионные активы* АО «Накопительный пенсионный фонд «ҰларҮміт» выросли на 26,9 млрд тенге и достигли 144 млрд 500 млн тенге. По данным АФН по величине чистых пенсионных активов Фонд занимает на рынке вторую позицию.

В связи с проведением профилактических работ с 14.09.2006г. по 17.09.2006г. на web-сервере фонда "ҰларҮміт" выписка через Internet будет недоступна.

По результатам 7 месяцев текущего года инвестиционный доход накопительного пенсионного фонда «ҰларҮміт» составил 9 млрд 112 млн тенге. Тем самым Фонд показывает хорошие темпы роста инвестиционного дохода. Для сравнения инвестиционный доход Фонда за весь 2005 год составил 10 млрд 335 млн тенге.

В первом полугодии 2006 года пенсионные активы АО «Накопительный пенсионный фонд «ҰларҮміт» выросли на 20,5 млрд тенге и превысили сумму 138 млрд 124 млн тенге. По величине пенсионных активов Фонд уверенно занимает на рынке вторую позицию.

С марта 2005 года реализуется проект «Развитие межкорпоративных отношений», инициатором и координатором которого является АО «НПФ ҰларҰміт». В настоящее время проект трансформирован в иннованционный проект «Партнерский дом».

С 1 июля 2006г. меняется технология формирования платежей по обязательным пенсионным взносам (КНП 010) и пени (КНП 019), в рамках программы "ОПТИМИЗАЦИЯ ПЛАТЕЖЕЙ".

В 2005 году доля рынка АО «Накопительный пенсионный фонд «ҰларYміт» по пенсионным активам выросла до 18,14 %, а инвестиционный доход Фонда увеличился в 2,5 раза или на 150% и превысил 10 млрд 330 млн тенге.

НПФ «ҰларYмiт» подвел итоги деятельности в 2005 году и презентовал обновленный интернет-ресурс Фонда www.ularumit.kz.

По итогам 10 месяцев текущего года НПФ «ҰларҮміт» начисленный  инвестиционный доход составил 7,58 млрд тенге.

По итогам 9 месяцев текущего года НПФ «ҰларҮміт» начислил на пенсионные счета своих вкладчиков инвестиционный доход в размере 6 млрд 78 млн тенге
